Terms of Service

These Terms cover what you buy from Dog Grooming Studio, a brand of Houndland, s. r. o. ("we", "us"). Placing an order means you accept them.

1. What you are buying

Either The Groomer's Handbook for Dog Owners as a PDF eBook, or the bundle that adds five print-ready worksheets. Everything is a digital download, nothing is shipped. What each edition contains, and what it costs, is shown on the product page.

2. Payment and delivery

Stripe handles the payment. Prices are in US dollars and any tax due is shown at checkout. Once Stripe confirms your payment, the contract is made and you get an email with your download link within minutes. The link stays valid for 7 days, which is time to download the files; once downloaded they are yours to keep. If it expires before you have them, email us and we will send a new one. If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to support@doggrooming.studio; we will make sure you get your copy.

3. What you may do with it

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the files and print them as often as you like for your own dogs. You may not share, forward, publish, upload or resell them, copy their text or photographs, change them, or use them for any commercial purpose. The copyright stays with us.

4. Refunds

This is digital content delivered immediately, so by buying it you agree to instant delivery and accept that the 14-day EU right of withdrawal no longer applies. We will still refund you in full if you were charged twice, if you never received your files and we could not re-send them, or if a file is broken and we could not fix it.

Email us within 14 days of buying, with the address you used at checkout and your Stripe receipt number. We answer within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back through Stripe to the card you paid with, usually visible in 5 to 10 business days. If anything will not download or open, tell us first; we can nearly always sort it out the same day.

5. This is not veterinary advice

The handbook is general educational information about grooming and home care, not a substitute for veterinary care, diagnosis or treatment. If your dog has a health problem, ask your vet before following any procedure in it. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the information, and nothing here limits the consumer rights you have by law.

6. Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the law of our country of establishment, stated in our company details below, and if you are an EU consumer you also keep the protections of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, email us first; we settle almost everything the same week. Consumers who prefer an out-of-court route can find the bodies available in their country at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. We may update these Terms, and the version published when you order is the one that applies to your order.
